1. Eligibility for Refund

○ Return Approval: Refunds are issued only for items that are returned in accordance with our Return Policy and meet our standards upon inspection.

○ Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If your item is eligible for refund but fails to meet the return conditions, the item will be returned to you.

 

2. Refund Processing

○ Inspection Process: Once the returned item is received, our Quality Control team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm it meets our return standards. Items that pass inspection will proceed to refund processing.

○ Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of our Quality Control team’s approval. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank or credit card account.

○ Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

○ Shipping and Duties: Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

○ Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, Final Sale items, and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

 

4. Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items

○ Notification Requirement: If an item you received is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@ashluxuryhq.com with photos and a description of the issue.

○ Refund Coverage: For confirmed faulty or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued, including any original shipping charges.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

○ Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval.

○ Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned but do not meet all return standards, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or offer store credit. The customer will be notified if this applies.
