Returns
1. Returns Notification Window
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item if they intend to return or exchange it.
- Notification means officially informing us—not the item arriving back.
2. Return Shipping Timelines (After Notification)
- Local returns: Item must reach us within 5 working days.
- International returns: Item must reach us within 14 working days.
3. Quality Control (QC) & Inventory Checks
- All returned items undergo QC and Inventory verification, which may take up to 3 working days from the date we receive the item.
4. Policy Consistency
- The returns, exchanges, and refunds policy is uniform across all Ashcorp websites to avoid conflicting information.
Refunds
1. Refund Timelines & Process
- Refund timelines begin only after the returned item has been received and successfully passed QC and Inventory checks.
- QC & Inventory: up to 3 working days
- Refund processing: up to 5 working days
- Total refund timeline: 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Exceptions may apply for cases such as:
- Out-of-stock items
- Non-delivery due to company or logistics fault
- Orders canceled by the company
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.
- Gift cards, Final Sale items, and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservices@ashcorpgroup.com with photos and a description of the issue.
- For confirmed faulty or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued, including original shipping charges.
4. Cancellations & Partial Refunds
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
- If returned items do not meet all return standards, we may issue a partial refund or store credit, and the customer will be notified.
